So we all know the traditional Thanksgiving dinner usually consists of a large roasted turkey, some cornbread dressing and of course, the cranberry sauce. Thanksgiving just wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without it.
Well, what if you’re not hosting 10-12 people for the holiday, but having a smaller gathering in your Grand Rapids apartment for 3-4 people? You don’t have to serve a whole turkey. And you certainly don’t have to grill, roast, smoke, or deep fry it. If you want to buck the tradition, think outside the box when it comes to making your meal and try other turkey dishes and appetizers this year!

Before you know it, the snow will start to fall in the Grand Rapids metro area. While residents look forward to the winter season and snow sports like snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice skating, driving in the snow is often not a favorite hobby.
